We have used this as a base for naan and flatbread pizzas.
Ingredients
1¾ cups self-rising flour
1 cup Greek yogurt
½ tsp salt
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yogurt. Using your hands, mix well until you form a large ball of dough.
Lightly flour a flat surface. Transfer ball to the floured surface and sprinkle with a little extra flour. If making into naan, cut dough into 8 even portions and flatten. If making pizza, roll dough flat to about ¼” thick.
For naan, heat a non-stick saucepan on medium heat. When hot, place flattened dough in pan and cook for 3 minutes before flipping and cooking a further 2 minutes. (Keep an eye on bread to avoid burning.) Repeat until all naan bread is cooked.
For pizza, top with desired ingredients and bake in 425°F oven for 30+ minutes.
