Texas Caviar

This is a Kreyer favorite to serve at large family gatherings.

Ingredients

• Cilantro, chopped
• ⅔ bunch of scallions, chopped
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 1 can black-eyed peas
• 1 small can of peas
• 1 can shoepeg corn
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 (16 oz) bottle Zesty Italian dressing
• Tabasco sauce
• 1 can pinto beans
• 1 can black beans

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more. Serve with tortilla chips.
