Cheesy Sausage and Hash Brown Casserole

Served by Aunt Bernice at Christine and Stan’s wedding brunch.

Ingredients

• 1 (32 oz) package frozen hash browns
• 2 packages pork sausage
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 (10.7 oz) condensed cream of potato soup
• 1 (16 oz) sour cream
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375℉. Grease 9x13 casserole dish.
2. Brown sausage, red pepper, and onion.
3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
4. Spread evenly in greased baking dish.
5. Bake for 1 hour until browned.
