Cheesy Sausage and Hash Brown Casserole
Served by Aunt Bernice at Christine and Stan’s wedding brunch.
Ingredients
1 (32 oz) package frozen hash browns
2 packages pork sausage
1 red pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 (10.7 oz) condensed cream of potato soup
1 (16 oz) sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375℉. Grease 9x13 casserole dish.
Brown sausage, red pepper, and onion.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Spread evenly in greased baking dish.
Bake for 1 hour until browned.
