  1. Brown onions in butter, then throw in meat and brown.
  2. Put in parsley, oregano and cheese.
  3. Heat stock in pan, then add bread cubes and soften.
  4. Throw in meat and egg.
  5. Stuffing cooked separately at 350° for 30 min covered (put some chicken broth on top before cooking to avoid drying)
