Chocolate Truffles

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and melted chocolate, mixing thoroughly.
  2. Divide mixture into thirds, adding a different liqueur to each portion. Mix well and refrigerate for several hours.
  3. Shape mixture into 1" balls. Roll almond-flavored truffles in nuts. Roll orange-flavored truffles in powdered sugar. Roll coffee-flavored truffles in cocoa.
  4. Refrigerate before serving.
