Chocolate Fudge

  1. Heat sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and chocolate chips. Mix well before adding marshmallow cream, nuts, and cocoa.
  3. Whip by hand until it becomes stiff. Spread in a buttered 9x13" pan. Cool to set.
